WE ARE NOT A TRADITIONAL BATTING CAGE: We are a baseball training facility that can be rented out by the 30 min. $45, 60 min. $75, TEAM PRACTICE TIME $200 for 90 min, OR Membership (please see membership page). Program in Ogden, Utah.

PAYMENT and BOOKING DISCLOSURE: PAYMENT IS DUE AT BOOKING to guarantee time slots. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL: DO NOT REQUEST REFUNDS FROM OUR COACHES CONTACT ADRIANNE 801-557-1731. Cancelation needs to be made prior to 48 hours before booking time to receive full refund. Cancelations 24-48 hours will receive 50% refund prior to booking time. Cancelations within 24 hours of booking time 0% refund.
To RESCHEDULE: You must reschedule 24 hrs. in advance. If Coaches reschedule you may reschedule OR cancel with refund with no questions. NO-SHOWS will not receive a reschedule OR refund, you must schedule again.
TEAMS: Must pay for the month at the beginning of the month for the entire month. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL you must cancel 72 hours in advance for a time slot refund.
We need adequate time to fill booking space if you need to cancel. Please keep in mind that The Dugout IS A BUSINESS and a space to keep available for teams and individuals to play. IF YOU CAN’T MAKE IT, we reserve the right to retain payment as necessary for the time slots we have available and the time slots we have booked.
